Perth Port80 happens 6PM, Wed, Sept 7th at the Universal Bar. We'll be chatting about the massive changes that ICANN has just authorised to domain names and we'll have a discussion about Google Plus. Yes it's got 20 million sign-ups. So what? Bring your opinion and your devices.
By the way, October meeting will be all Web Awardsy and the November meeting looks like being a joint meeting with a women's tech group. Yes! Women! We'll be talking networking and just talking.

Port80 attendees will remember @stuartkhall's excellent talk on the subject of iPad/iPhone development. Turns out he knows what he's talking about.
He's CTO of filtersquad.com (formerly Jammbox); they’ve just taken out the Tech23 Greatest Potential Award in Sydney. The award’s given to the company showing ‘the greatest potential for growth and progress’.
That would have something to do with @Discovr, which has just ticked over a million downloads and 5 million sessions.
